Regulation FD Disclosure.

NHN Corp., one of Yahoo! Inc.’s affiliates in South Korea, has announced that it will discontinue using Yahoo!’s search advertising service in Korea and begin using its own technology once its search advertising agreement with Yahoo! terminates in November 2010. NHN represented less than 1 percent of Yahoo!’s gross profit in the first half of 2010.
